Programs Used: Adobe Fresco and Adobe Photoshop
This project was to create a movie poster using Adobe Photoshop. I made up my own superhero and made a movie poster based on the superhero's powers and what the movie would be like.
Sketches/Ideas
First I created a word web of all of the things I could include in the movie poster such as characters, typefaces, and background images.
After that I came up with six different concepts and drew them in Adobe Fresco. After that, I chose a final direction and started creating the poster in Photoshop.
After that, I chose a final direction I took the photos I needed for the project and started creating the poster in Photoshop.
These are some process photos of making the poster and figuring out placement of typography, figures, and objects.
Final Poster
A few years after this project was finished I decided to at some needed upgrades. I did not do much but I changed the typography to not be embossed in any of the words.
